What you receive
Protocol and baseline
Agreed brand and category questions, platforms, language, market, mode, frequency and sample size.
Observation log
Exact question, date, available platform and mode information, retained answer, mentions, cited URLs and contextual notes.
Presence and accuracy review
Findings within the sample: brand mentions, citations to the domain, accuracy of the description and questions that remain unresolved.
Change report
Comparison with the baseline, links to the publication log, limitations and recommended actions. Traffic and enquiries are added when data and an agreed scope are available.
How we verify delivery
- Every observation can be traced to its question, date, context and retained answer.
- Every percentage states its numerator, denominator and excluded samples.
- Changes to questions, platforms, modes or the protocol are identified; non-comparable samples are separated.
- Mentions, citations, visits and enquiries are reported as distinct signals.
- Conclusions acknowledge missing data and do not automatically attribute a variation to website changes.
How we work together
Set the protocol
We agree on what to observe and which decisions the measurement should inform.
Record observations
We collect samples using the agreed method and flag errors or missing conditions.
Interpret findings
We review patterns alongside the business context and decide on the next cycle.
Answers vary across platforms and sessions. A sample describes its own conditions, rather than all internet visibility. The public tool supports manual records; it does not imply a connected automated monitoring system.
Frequently asked questions
Does a mention mean I received traffic?
No. A mention is observed in an answer. A visit requires evidence in the available analytics, and an enquiry requires a commercial record. They are reported separately.
Can you measure every answer on a platform?
No. We define an explicit set of questions and observations. Results are reported for that set, with its limitations.
